Terms of use

Last updated 18 October 2026

These are the terms for using chartkid.com (ChartKid, we, us) and the charts and worksheets it makes. By using the site you agree to them. They are short on purpose.

What you can do with the charts

Every chart and worksheet you make on ChartKid is free to download, print and use for personal, family and classroom purposes. You can print as many copies as you like for your own children, pupils or household, share a printed copy with another parent, and send a PDF to a grandparent or a child's teacher.

What you can't do

Schools, nurseries, childminders, therapists and tutors are welcome to use the charts in their work with children at no charge. If you would like to use ChartKid materials in a commercial product, email us first.

Ownership

The ChartKid name, logo, mascot, artwork, guides, design and software are owned by ChartKid and protected by copyright. The arrangement of a chart you make from your own words is yours to use under the licence above; the artwork and design within it remain ours.

Using the site

ChartKid is provided free and "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or remove features at any time. Use it at your own risk. To the fullest extent the law allows, ChartKid is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the site or the materials it makes.

The guides on the site are general parenting and teaching information, not professional advice. For concerns about a child's development, behaviour or health, speak to a qualified professional.

Advertising and affiliate links

The site may carry advertising and links to third-party products and services. We are not responsible for those third parties, their products or their sites. See our affiliate disclosure.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what information the site does and doesn't handle. In short: what you type stays on your device.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If any part of them is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
